Handling personnel request( sick leave, vacations, end of service,.. etc) to provide labor rights by formal process.
Handling the employee's salary sheet to process monthly.
Assisting in recruitment process by identifying candidates, conducting references check and issuing employment contracts.
Performing employee background checks and verifying information.
Communicating policies pertaining to Human Resources, compensation and benefits.
Collecting and analyzing employee data.
Using data to create employee profiles.
Review and update the company’s policies and procedures according to the business need and the Saudi labor law.
Manage the health insurance provider agreement and employee health insurance plans including enrollments, changes, and terminations.
